The purpose of this modification is to change the SIC code from 1722 to
1711. All other details remain unchanged. The original announcement was
as follows: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and
supervision required to Replace HVAC equipment in the Multi-Purpose
Building at USCG Station Hobucken, NC. The work includes: (1) Replacing
a 13 ton chiller and air condenser with a 20 ton packaged liquid
chiller complete with the condenser, (2) Replacing two 4.5 ton fan coil
units with two 5 ton blower coil air handlers, (3) Installing HVAC
duct, registers and diffusers and (4) Replacing chilled water piping
insulation, suspended ceiling and fiberglass insulation above the
ceiling. The SIC Code is 1711. The estimated range is between
$100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Performance Period is 120 DANTP. This
solicitation can be downloaded from the USCG CEU web-site at
