The work includes: (1) Replacing a 13 ton chiller and air condenser with a 20 ton packaged liquid chiller complete with the condenser, (2) Replacing two 4.5 ton fan coil units with two 5 ton blower coil air handlers, (3) Installing HVAC duct, registers and diffusers and (4) Replacing chilled water piping insulation, suspended ceiling and fiberglass insulation above the ceiling. The SIC Code is 1711. The estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Performance Period is 120 DANTP.
