The project will require demolishing selected elements of the existing fire-damaged residence and reconstruction to provide a complete and usable finished residence per the drawings and specifications. This solicitation is being issued for full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and has a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 1751, size standard $7M. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 65 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be available on or about 31 May 2000.
