(DYN) invites qualified firms to submit an expression of interest for participation in the referenced RFP to provide intra-site mail services for the Hanford Site owned and operated by the U.S. Department of Energy. The resultant subcontract will be between DYN and the successful offeror. The period of performance will not exceed five (5) years. The acquisition value is within the range of $1 million to $10 million. The successful offeror will be required to supply the facilities, vehicles and labor required to collect, sort and distribute intra-site mail and mail received from the U.S. Postal Service. The successful offeror will be required to enter into an agreement with an existing union in accordance with the Services Contract Act. NAICS 491110, SIC 7389.
