Provide all plant, labor, and materials and perform all work required to demolish approximately 152 miscellaneous buildings at various locations on Fort Benning, GA, and at Montgomery industrial park, Montgomery, AL, including removal of utility lines, curbs, roads, sidewalks, pavements, slabs and site restoration. All remaining materials and debris to be hauled to an EPA-approved disposal area, including any tipping fees. This will be a fixed price requirements contract wherein services will be ordered by issuance of delivery orders as required for the period 01 Oct 00 thru 30 Sep 01 and two options years.
