Provide materials and services necessary for the Construction of
Recruit Barracks Renovations, Phase II, U. S. Coast Guard Training
Center, Cape May, NJ.. The work includes, but is not limited to,
providing air conditioning to all interior spaces and modifying
existing control systems. To accommodate the new air conditioning
system, expand the mechanical rooms and construct additional space. All
work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No.
70-X7001 and Drawing No. 70-X7001 (Sheets 1 82). All work for James
Hall shall be completed by May 1, 2001. All work for Healy Hall shall
be completed by May 1, 2002. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY BY
