L. 100 656, SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM, THIS SOLICITATION IS CLASSIFIED AS UNRESTRICTED. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and transportation to perform Seven-Day Store Improvements, located at Laurel Bay Housing for Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC. The project includes, but not limited to construction of a new four-vehicle fuel island that includes, two blending gasoline dispensers, concrete dispenser island, concrete dispenser pad, fuel piping, and a pre-engineered steel canopy; construction of additional paved parking; installation of larger cashier window; and incidental related work. The SIC Code is 1761. The size standard is $17,000,000.00. The estimated range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 180 calendar days. The estimated solicitation release date is 24 May 2000. The estimated due date for receipt of bids is 23 June 2000. The Government intends on issuing the solicitation through the use of the Internet only. All prospective bidders and plan rooms must register on the web-site.
