jcbrader@opm.gov. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has a
requirement for conference facilities for the OPM Presidential
Management Intern (PMI) Graduation Training Conference. This is an
annual two day winter conference for between 275 to 350 graduating
interns. It is estimated that 90 room nights will be used during the
conference. Site location needs to be within 25 miles of Washington,
DC. It must be within 30 miles of an airport which serves major cities
in the continental United States and provides bus, limousine or train
facilities. Restaurants and eating facilities appropriate to meet the
diverse needs of 275 to 350 people must be within reasonable
walking/driving distance of the conference facility. This requirement
has not been set-aside under SIC 7011. RFP-OPM-00-01001PMI will be
released on or about May 20, 2000, and will close 30 days after
