This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F01600 00QT0490, is being issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7623, $5mil. Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. Therefore, qualified vendors should submit a quotation with their best overall lowest price.
