The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to award a contract on behalf of the U.S. Army National Guard Bureau, for interactive educational computer software compact disks. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SIC 7322, Prepackaged Software, applies to this procurement and the small business size standard is not to exceed $18 million in average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. No substitutes will be accepted. CDs will be shipped FOB Destination to DANTES, Pensacola FL. Delivery is desired within 10 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
