This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13. (iii.) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The 1st Contracting Squadron intends to procure on a sole-source basis, the following items: 1 Wichitech HB-2 Duel Zone Composite Repair System and 6 Wichitech HB-1 Composite Repair Systems. (vii.) Items are to be delivered NLT 5 June00, to 84 Birch St. Langley AFB, VA 23665. FOB is destination. (viii.) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix.) The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered.
