JFL Communications, Missouri City, Texas is the only known source by which to obtain an annual lease 128 KB, full duplex satellite space segment on satellite GE-3 Ku band for the SOLA/JFL proprietary communications satellite systems between the M/V Mississippi and the Dredge Hurley to the downlink located at Ensley Engineer Yard, Memphis, Tennessee that will be compatible with the existing satellite system. A sole source quote is being requested pursuant to this announcement and shall reference Requisition Number W38XGR-0082-7871.
