In accordance with Section 8107 of the 1999 Defense Appropriation Act the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) intends to negotiate an extension of Contract MDA906-95-C-0005 on a non-competitive basis with the incumbent contractor, Foundation Health Federal Services, Incorporated. The contract is for managed care services under the TRICARE Program within the states of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
