D-INTEGRATION STUDY FOR SURVEILLANCE INFRARED SEARCH AND TRACK SENSOR This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to issue a Level of Effort task order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-00-G-0142. This BOA is with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Integrated Systems and Aerostructures Sector, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714 for support of the E-2C Integrated Product Team (IPT) through participation in the Surveillance Infrared Search and Track (SIRST) system into the E-2C. As the manufacturer of the E-2C, Northrop Grumman has a unique, in-depth corporate knowledge of the aircraft's physical structure, electrical systems, and avionics and system interfaces. In order to reduce or eliminate system integration risks, it is vitally important that Northrop Grumman provide their expertise for this action.
