IHADSS Flyer's Helmet Bag. Requirements are: 774 Ea Helmet Bags for use
on the AH-64 Apache Helicopter. FOB is Origin. Estimated Issue Date is
26 April 2000. This solicitation will be a Best Value, Simplified
Acquisition based on the evaluation factors of Past Performance and
Price. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance
with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will
