SYNOPSIS: Two speed roll door to be upward acting roll-type, operating at speeds to 24" per second. Door curtain to be SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), 0.25 inches thick, tensile strength, 1760 psi (lighter weight fabric-type curtains not acceptable), providing normal resiliency at temperatures from -40 degree c. to +65 degree c.(-40 degree F to +150 degree F). Design to hold curtain in guides during wind loads up to 88 mph (20 psf) without the use of a wind bar. Door be be constructed with formed steel guides, end brackets, drive barrel, idler barrel and counterbalanced spring assembly. Steel bottom bar with "breakaway" feature and weatherproof safety edge. Drive unit shall consist of a heavy duty worm-gear electric operator and manual chain hoist for emergency operation.
