Pre solicitation Notice: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but not limited to: Replacing existing hydronic piping within the mechanical rooms with similar piping. Flush and balance entire hydronic piping system. Replace mechanical room unit heaters. Install Government-furnished flash tank in the first floor mechanical room. Repair mechanical room gypsum wallboard water damage. The end result of this project will be a complete, fully functional, and refurbished heating system and all associated tasks required in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Magnitude is between $100,000.00-$250,000.00. Performance period is 120 calendar days with construction to take place during 1 July- 15 Sep 00. Solicitation will be available on or about 28 Apr 00 with a closing date of 30 May 00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
