Second Notice. Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment to perform all operations necessary in connection with Protective Coating Services. Work includes: painting interiors, exteriors, and roofs of Government buildings and other structures; minor repairs to wall surfaces; spot striping and marking of streets, parking lots, and airfield runways, taxiways, and parking ramps; painting fences and fire hydrants; and producing various types and sizes of signs for use basewide. The base period of performance will be July 1, 2000, through September 30, 2000, with four one-year option periods, which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation, when issued, will be a direct conversion IAW OMB Circular A-76 and will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantageous. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 1799 and the corresponding size standard is $7 million (gross revenues averaged over the past three years). This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format Request for Proposals, using Past/ Present Performance/Price Tradeoff evaluation procedures.
