The Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HHS, HRSA) is soliciting small businesses capable of operating a National Clearinghouse for the Bureau of Primary Care (BPHC, HRSA). The period of performance of this requirement will be for one base year and two option years. BPHC is seeking qualified small businesses capable of providing services which include: disseminating policy and program information to BPHC supported programs e.g., BPHC grantees; conducting mass mailings and supplying labels; administering a referral and information line for Bureau customers; maintaining an electronic database of BPHC publications; maintaining a mailing list of BPHC supported programs, which will be used to create a Directory of Primary Care Programs. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business as authorized under Standard Industrial Classification(SIC) Code 7375.
