Dyess AFB, Abilene TX, 7th Contracting Squadron is seeking small business firms that can provide Grounds Maintenance Services. Services shall include but is not limited to the following: semi-improved, and unimproved areas, mowing of grass, trimming around all obstacles (trees, hydrants, sign posts, flight line instruments, etc.), the edging of all driveways and curbs, pruning, planting, care and relocating of all trees, shrubs and hedges, maintain the irrigation sprinkler system and policing base grounds. Grass clippings shall be mulched or removed so all areas are free of debris, damaged trees will be replaced. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business under SIC 0782 with a $5 Million size standard. The proposed acquisition is basic year plus four option years. The proposed acquistion will be solicited in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15-Contracting by Negotiation.
