Vendors seeking to challenge the sole-source justification must present clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide this requirement in writing within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using FAR Part 12, Commercial items, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
