The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a requirement for the production of Lot I, Item 0001 -- Dispenser Countermeasures Chaff Flare in accordance with NAVAIR Drawing 3268AS400 and TP 3268AS800, First Articles, 5 ea; Item 0002 Dispenser Countermeasures Chaff-Flare in accordance with NAVAIR Drawing 3268AS400 and TP 3268AS800 with First Articles, MIN 200, Max 2,200 for the total five years. The quantities are identical for each of the 5 years as follows: 1-200 EA, 201-500 EA, 501 1,000 EA, 1,001-2,200 EA. Lot II is identical to Lot I with the exception being First Articles are not required. Provisions of military specification MIL-Q-100 apply. Deliveries are FOB Destination. LOT I (If awarded with First Articles) CLIN 0001, 5 each First Articles shall be delivered within 180 days from effective date of delivery order; CLIN 0002AA 100 unit to be delivered within 90 days from effective date of delivery order; 100 units to be delivered within 150 days from effective date of delivery order.LOT II (If awarded without First Articles) CLIN 0001AA 100 each to be delivered within 90 days from effective date of delivery order; 100 each to be delivered within 150 days from effective date of delivery order. The delivery schedule for the remaining quantities shall be addressed in each individual delivery order. QAR at DCMC shall conduct initial inspection with final inspection and acceptance by NAVSURFWARCEN, Crane. It is anticipated that the effort will be a firm fixed price contract.
