This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this solicitation (RFQ) must make reference to solicitation number F0469300Q0002. LAAFB proposes to procure a one year Cellular Phone Service that meets the following requirements and specifications: Service to cover Hawaiian Islands, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Provide on site customer service consisting of activation, deactivation, trouble shooting or replacement of phones, which includes the Hawaiian Islands. Provide 68 Erickson 788 with built-in pagers and paging service or comparable Digital Cellular Phones for trade-in credit for existing Motorola 250 Analog Cellular Phones. Provide 68 accessories kit. At a minimum the accessories kit should include an additional battery, charger, cigarette adapter, carrying case and hands-free earpiece. Provide No Activation fee (one-time). No roaming charges within each coverage zone. No long distance charges within each coverage zone. Required delivery at Los Angeles AFB is 5 days after contract award. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14.
