This requirement is for (1) MetaManager License for synchronization of 50,000 entries on a scheduled basis through MetaManager (1 ea.); (2) Annual Maintenance for MetaManager, including new software releases and phone support between 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday (1 ea.); and (3) MetaManager Training (5 days) and support for one person in Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals.
