The Plans will include tables/figures and complete appendices designed to aid station personnel in Wildland Fire Situation Analysis, Fitness Testing, Staffing, Normal Unit Strength, Step-up Plan, Dispatch Plan, ect. Contractor must have excellent technical knowledge of fire management operations, both wildland fire suppression and prescribed burning. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may submit a written statement of their capabilities to perform the described services within forty five (45) days of publication of this notice.
