Crosby Jr. Contract Specialist, (202) 324-5809 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, non-personal services contract with Mr. Steve Due to provide detailed analytical and consulting services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This requirement shall be a labor-hour contract for one base year with one option year. The contractor is required to have unique and exclusive skills and experience in the fields of intelligence services and foreign counter intelligence (FCI) as they directly relate to law enforcement matters. These services shall be coordinated from Washington DC. The contractor shall provide expert assistance with regards to FCI matters and shall be available to travel domestically as needed for an indefinite number of times. Any travel expenses shall be borne by the contractor and will be reimbursed pursuant to Federal Travel Regulations. The contractor shall occasionally be required to work week nights and weekends. This is a 100% small business-small purchase set aside, with a SIC code of 8999, and the size standard is based on gross receipts of $5 million. A top secret level of security clearance will be required of the contractor. Based on the sensitive nature of this requirement, it has been determined that the selected contractor is the only source that can meet the FBI's needs.However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications, experience, price and any other information within 15 calendar days of this publication.
