Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to complete the following work: A) Remove existing chlorination system including all valves, pipes, chlorine ejection system, chlorine tanks, scales and electrical control panels; B) Demolish approximately 5.25 cubic yards of existing reinforced concrete flooring and walls and dispose of according to all local, State and Federal regulations; C) Excavate 11 cubic yards of soil and dispose of accordingly; D) Remove approximately 10 lineal feet of PVC piping and 7'6" of existing 12 x 16 ductwork; E) Place approximatley 5 cubic yards of 3/4" aggregate fill into existing chlorine contact tank; F) Place new 6" thick reinforced concrete walls and floor; G) Install one ultraviolet disinfection system complete and ready for operation designed to treat 3000 GPD and meet effluent fecal coliform limits of 200 MPN/100 ML monthly average; H) Install approximately 15 lineal feet of new 2" diameter hand railing; I) Fabricate and install one ladder. All work shall be performed for the USCG Station Milford Haven, Hudgins, Virginia. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
