The entire solicitation will be available at the site for viewing or downloading. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the web site. This will normally be the only method of distribution of amendments, therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to periodically check the web site for amendments to the solicitation. The official plan holder list will also be maintained on and can be printed from the web site. Requirements include the following services to be performed: all maintenance and repair services for the chiller plant and systems at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, SC by means of a firm fixed price contract. The work includes providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision required to perform the inspections, testing, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required in the solicitation. RFP issuance date will be on or about April 24, 2000. Any resultant contract will have a performance period which includes a base year with four option years. This is a negotiated source selection procurement which consists of the submission of price and technical proposals. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The SIC for this procurement is 1711 with a size standard of $7 Million. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available at this time.
