AFLIS general libraries are mission-sustaining activities, which meet the complex, multifaceted information needs of the military community. Work includes general administration of the library, collection management, financial management, marketing, public services, mission support, education support, and quality of life. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-00-R0015 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 8231, the small business size standard is $5,000,000. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to four (4) option years, the total contract will not exceed five (5) years. This will be awarded as a Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part15. The evaluation factors shall be past performance and price.
