hotel accommodations and services for Humanitarian Assistance Program
(HAP) Conference to be held in Miami, FL, 3-5 April 2000. Hotel must be
within a 3-mile radius from the Miami International Airport. Estimated
attendance is 60 persons. Lodging and daily food costs (to include
meals, breaks and receptions) may not exceed the US dollar Joint
Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) per diem rates in effect in Apr 2000
for Miami. Conference rooms, meeting areas, and Audio Visual (A/V)
equipment are also required. Contractors must be registered in Central
Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract
