Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to provide four (4) types of
CISCO Hardware Maintenance for the Agency's CISCO Hardware at the
following CONUS and OCONUS DTRA facilities to support the Agency Local
Area Network: Dulles and Chantilly, VA; Magna, UT; Rhien Mein AB,
Germany; Yokota AB Japan; Moscow, Russia; and Travis AFB, CA. The four
(4) types of Maintenance required follows: SMARTnet 8X5xNext Business
Day(NBD) Maintenance provides 24X7X365 access to CISCO's Connection
On-line (CCO), 24x7x365 access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center
(TAC) with customer-driven problem prioritization, major software and
maintenance releases, update of product documentation (both compact
disc and printer copies), and next-day delivery (Monday through
Saturday) of replacement parts (next business day in Europe). SMARTnet
8x5x4 includes all features of SMARTnet 8x5xNBD, plus a faster
response time for replacement parts. Four (4) business-hour response
for advanced replacement parts from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time,
Monday through Friday, excluding Cisco-observed holidays. SMARTnet
24x7x4 includes all features provided with SMARTnet, plus the fastest
response time for replacement parts. Four-hour (4) response time for
advance replacement parts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including
Cisco-observed holidays. SMARTnet On-site 24x7x4 provides all services
under SMARTnet 24x7x4. Four-hour (4) on-site service and parts, 24
hours a day, 365 days a year, including, Cisco and locally observed
holidays for on-site hardware maintenance. Provides all parts, labor,
and materials required for hardware maintenance. Critical problem
escalation and installation of all mandatory engineering and factory
change notices. The RFQ is being issued as a 100% Small business
Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2l. The SIC code for this
procurement is 7378. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and must
