The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Medical Student Association 1902 Association Dr, Reston, VA 20191. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to administer the HRSA Managed Care Fellowship Program. Tasks include promotion of the program, formation of an advisory board to assist in evaluation of the program's curriculum and development of project ideas, selection of placement sites, development of the application process, develop a draft curriculum, development of an evaluation tool, and other tasks associated with overall administration of the program. The period of performance is ten months. AMSA is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
