Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to perform maintenance and repair work to buildings, facilities and structures located in the 81st Regional Support Command which includes the states of Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with one one year option period. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year and a maximum estimated ceiling of $2,900,000.00 each year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA Region IV District Offices, namely: Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida or having an established verifiable full time branch office (as defined by SBA) with Region IV. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made and the states shall not be broken into separate awards.
