The lighthouse is approximately 5 miles offshore and accessible only by boat. The job will include replacing deteriorating tension rods and the lantern room railing. Unit items will include additional tension rod repairs as needed and an additive item which may or may not be awarded will include removal of the existing paint system and repainting of the entire structure. The SIC Code is 1542. The estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 Performance Period is 90 DANTP.
