The National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for a Landscape Architect firm to design the 10 acre expansion of the Dayton National Cemetery (Project No. 810CM3017), Dayton, Ohio. The project team is to include a landscape architect (prime) with a civil engineer, architect, surveyor (subterranean utilities), and appropriate engineering support. The project includes the design and related professional services for the site development including 5000 preplaced liners, columbaria, landscaping, roads including the vertical realignment of an existing road and a gazebo for a gravesite locator at the existing administration building. Services include the preparation of schematic and design development documents with a Government option to enter construction documents, construction period services and construction inspection services. The magnitude of the resulting construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Firms responding to this notice within 45 calendar days from date of its publication in the printed edition of The Commerce Business Daily, or April 28, 2000, whichever is later, will be considered.
