for commerical items or servies prepared in accordance with format in
FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included
and a written solicitation not will be issued. This solicitation is
issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ DADA0900T0120). The Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-15. The Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) Code for this acquisition is 3921. This requirement is set aside
for small businesses, the size standard is 750 employees. The DOD Vet
Lab has a requirement for 1 Laboratory Glassware washer with the
following capabilities: Mircoporcessor based control system with easy
to use touch pad with menu driven software. Three (3) pre-set wash
programs light, medium and heavy. Independent flushing system, spray
tubes consist of tap water, wash water and DI water in each group.

universal rack on both levels. Triple spraying system with dedicated DI
pumping and 316L stainless steel final rinse pump. System provides
completer corner to corner washing coverage for consistenly clean
glassware. Vertical sliding power door. (2) two dosing systems for
liquid and or rinse neutralizer. Gravity convection drying package with
power exhaust. Automatic detergent dispensing. 316L stainless steel
chamber and plumbing construction, 316L stainless steel wash pump.

(511774W). SPECIFICATIONS: This system incorporated laser drilled spray
tubes which travel back and forth directly beneath the glassware
creating a moving wall of water. The spray tubes are easily removed for
quick cleaning. The washer is designed to hold six (6) 12.5 X 12.5
baskets thus maximizing the wash load in a minimize time. There is also
a spindle rack ssytem designed for effective cleaning of the inside of
narrow neck glassware such as volumetric or Erlenmeyer flask etc. This
spindle rack is the most versatile. The unusual types of glassware used
in the laboratory demands this user configurable rack. The washer
dimension (46X36X77) will be fully compatible with the area where it
will be installed. The glassware washer must be compatible with the
HEINCKLE/HOTPOINT Model 4000, a unique freatur is that racks or baskets
are interchangeable in all HOTPOINT wwasher whether they are 1 year or
30 years old. The new spindle rack system can be used to upgrade the
otehr washer. This washer allows manual setting of the wash cycles as
well as automatic settings marking it more adaptable to our unique
washing problems. This glassware washer must be able to work and share
detergent with the Model 4000. NOTE: This equipment will be installed
by the vendor who also must provide instructions on the use of the
equipment. This equipment must include a standard warranty one (1) year
on parts and labor. All responsible sources who can provide and meet
