STRICOM OMNIBUS CONTRACT (STOC) The U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) will conduct the second Industry conference for the STRICOM Omnibus Contract (STOC) on 9 Mar 00 at the Radisson Hotel, University Orlando, 1724 Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at noon. The session scheduled to brief the Government Concept of Operations for Electronic Commerce in an Integrated Data Environment originally scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. has been canceled. No rescheduling information is available at this time. The purpose of this conference is to provide industry with the latest details of this acquisition and continue industry involvement in the acquisition development.
