Ulmer, (301) 757-9602, or Janice Woehrer, (301) 757-8961 The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting full and open competition for the Navy Air Warfare Tactical Aircraft Contractor Logistic Support in support of the F-5E/F, F-14A/B/D, F/A-18A/B/C/D and SH-60 Aircraft. The proposed follow-on aircraft maintenance contract will provide organizational, selected intermediate and limited depot level maintenance for aircraft operated by the Adversary and Strike squadron based at Naval/Marine Corps Air Stations located At Fallon, NV and Yuma, AZ. The required organizational level maintenance services include but are not limited to, flight line servicing, inspecting, lubricating, adjusting and replacing parts, minor assemblies and subassemblies. The intermediate level maintenance services include but are not limited to, maintenance performed on aircraft, engines, avionics, electrical equipment, support equipment and the related components overhaul and repair using approved maintenance procedures and test equipment to return components to ready-for-issue status utilizing government facilities and logistics. The required depot level maintenance includes but is not limited to, depot level repairs and modifications within the capability of the contractor and authorized by the appropriate aircraft platform engineering office. The proposed contract provides for a one-year base period with six one-year options in accordance with a term incentive clause. This is an unrestricted procurement. A pre-proposal/site visit is planned. Details of the conference will be released at a later date.
