This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the formate in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is unrestricted. This requirement is for Hotel Lodging for the period July 20 through August 2, 2000 in the Kansas City, MO Airport area to support a Warfighter Exercise for the Kansas Army National Guard at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. The requirement is for 135 Double Occupancy and 20 Single Occupancy Rooms per night AT ONE LOCATION. Due to transportation restrictions, the offeror MUST be able to provide a minimum of 135 Double and 20 Single occupancy rooms at one location and MUST be located within a 25 mile radius of Ft Leavenworth and located in the Kansas City, MO Airport area.
