Additonal information such as the Performance Work Statements for
Occupational Nurse Case Manager will be provided thru the web site at
the appropriate time. The anticipated contract will cover one basic
year and four option years. The solicitation will be posted on the

concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not
satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious
concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The

contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the

Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the
