The purpose of this solicitation notice amendment is to notify potential offerors that RFP No. PR-CI-00-10041 will be issued in hard copy due to the Agency's current inablility to post such documents electronically on its web site. To receive a hard copy, interested offerors are instructed to submit written requests via fax or e-mail to the POC no later than 3/10/99, 3:30 P.M., EST. Requests shall reference the solicitation number and shall include the offeror's complete address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address (if applicable), and point of contact. In lieu of hard copy, offerors may request to receive an electronic copy via e-mail. Should the Agency regain its ability to post the RFP electronically prior to issuance, another notice will be posted on the CBD informing offerors to download the solicitation from the web site. Offerors having already submitted requests for hard copies will be contacted and notified of the change in format.
