The National Park Service intends to issue a contract to Joy A. Bilharz, Ph.D. to continue ethnographic research conducted at Fort Stanwix National Monument, Rome, New York. This is a follow-on project of research previously conducted by Dr. Bilharz who is very knowledgable and conversant with National Park Service requirements for ethnographic research of Native Americans (including management policies and guidelines, Fort Stanwix operational needs and considerations, issues of confidential and sensitive ethnographic information and U.S. Government to tribal government relations).
