The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, and leasing (to include the general maintenance of the structure) of a new or used relocatable building; and the removal of the facility upon completion of the contract term. This relocatable is designated by the following number: LR-66. The square foot dimensions are 23,000 sq. ft. This relocatable shall be located on the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland; exact location will be identified in solicitation. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarms, emergency lighting. The building shall be in place and ready for occupancy no more than 90 days after contract award. The contract term shall be effective for a period of one (1) year with four (4) option periods commencing on the date of award or as determined by theContracting Officer. The minimum guaranteed amount of the contract is the firm fixed price. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 6515. The related Small Business Size Standard is 15 Million in average annual receipts for three preceding fiscal years. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. The government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format.
