The Government intends to award a contract to sole source contractor Robertson Aviation, P.O. Box 968, Tempe, AZ 85280-5709 under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements.
