Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC) intends to issue

Systems Inc. for the Demodification of the APS-137 radar equipment
aboard the USCG Cutter Gallatin. The equipment will be reconfigured to
it's original configuration for use on the HC-130 aircraft. The
