The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1731. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 3, 2000. The projected bidopening date is on or about April 4, 2000. All work shall be completed not later than December 1, 2000.
