REPLACEMENT AT GROUP SAN FRANCISCO, YBI SAN FRANCISCO, CA. Only
written requests for solicitations will be accepted. Furnish all labor
material and equipment necessary to replace the existing Oil-Fired
steam boiler and accessories for a complete and operational steam
heating system at Group San Francisco. Work includes, but is not
limited to the following: A) Remove and dispose of all the existing
fuel oil supply and return piping within the boiler room up to the
points of disconnection. B) Remove and dispose of all the existing
steam and condensate return and cold water piping within the boiler
room up to the points of disconnection. C) Remove and dispose of the
existing steam boiler and accessories, condensate receiver tanks, and
concrete pad. D) Install a new factory-wired and fabricated, oil-fired
steam boiler; packaged feedwater system; chemical feed system; and
blowdown separator tank with aftercooler. Drawings and specifications
can be obtained on a first come, first served basis. Requests will be
