The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) plans to modify Contract N00178-99-C-1014 to add Land Attack Standard Missile (LASM) design and hardware requirements for 95 initiator units. This proposed modification will be issued on a sole source basis to EG&G Optoelectronics, 1 Mound Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45343-0529. See Note 22.
