This effort is for a time and materials contract for contractor depot repair and overhaul of Interconnecting Box part of the AN/TPQ-37 Radar. The resultant contract will be a five-year contract. This is a contractor depot maintenance repair services contract for the fielded Interconnecting Box, NSN5979-01-072-4464, AMP P/N ODMPS681 and Hughes P/N 390548 for the US Army. The quantity will be 12 each the first year and 5 each per year in the subsequent years. AMP INC., Lowell, MA, will perform contractor depot repair and overhaul services. AMP INC. manufactured the Interconnecting Box and owns the proprietary technical data and other unique manufacturing and repairing capabilities. The Government does not have the technical resources to meet this requirement. AMP is the only approved source for manufacture and repair of this item. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
