Roche Diagnostics Systems will provide one Modular Preanalytics System 3 to include one input buffer, one automatic centrifuge, one online aliquot module, one output buffer to Wilford Hall Medical Center. This system is being acquired under a lease agreement with options. The proposed contract action is for supplies as services for which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
