This project takes place on the 2nd and 6th floors of the Federal Building in Juneau, Alaska. Specific work elements include demolition and new installation of sheetrock and metal stud wall assemblies including painting, repair and reinstallation of suspended acoustical ceilings, installation of new and reinstallation of existing wood doors and metal frames, new sheet vinyl and existing carpet tile installation, construction of plywood shelving, electrical demolition and new work involving relocation of existing lighting circuits, fire alarm devices, and thermostats, and mechanical demolition and new work involving relocation of existing sprinkler heads, diffusers, and ducting.
